Event Branding
Bear Fest is a yearly festival taking place in Whitefish, MT. Bears are a big part of Montana history and culture, and Bear Fest aims to celebrate that while educating people on sustainability and the importance of bears to the ecosystem. The festival includes unique vendors, hands-on activities such as crafts and fish, jam, and honey tastings, and more!
The Challenge: Create a brand identity for Bear Fest and apply it across professional, real-world deliverables, including advertising, merchandise, and website landing pages.
For the brand identity, I wanted to really lean into what the festival has to offer. The main graphics used throughout center around things someone might think of when they think of a bear - a strawberry, a honey pot, and a fish. The illustrations all have a simplistic, rough feel to match the logo and to reflect the feel of the festival.
